The inspection report provided by Vinzpect is based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.
The report is a visual and diagnostic assessment; hidden faults or future issues cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
2. 7 Days Money-Back Guarantee
Customers are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 calendar days from the date of report delivery, only if:
A valid reason is submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp).
The report contains factual errors that significantly affect the vehicle evaluation.
No modifications or repairs have been made after inspection that could alter the vehicle’s condition.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after receiving the report.
Use of the report for price negotiation followed by cancellation of deal.
Customer disagrees with the expert’s opinion despite accurate reporting.
Reported issues were clearly disclosed but ignored or misunderstood.
4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
The customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting Vinzpect for resolution.
Most issues are resolved professionally within 48 hours.
5. Dispute Evidence & Proof
Vinzpect reserves the right to submit:
Inspection images, videos, and expert notes.
Chat/email history.
Delivery confirmation and timestamps.
Payment records.
This evidence may be used in case of chargeback claims or fraud investigations.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Vinzpect, the customer agrees that:
They have read, understood, and accepted the refund and inspection terms.
The refund policy is limited to genuine reporting errors only.
